Steampunk Spells Mini Album

Hello steampunk fans! I have a remarkable mini album to share! I am cross-posting this to the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Blog, as it is my day to post over there. Make sure you hop on over to see all the creative work by the rest of the Design Team. As you can see by my watermark below, I am going to be on the GSLCuts team for one more year! Woot woot!
This project is a joint project with Graphic 45 and GSLCuts. G45 had asked me to make some things for the Creativation show, but this project was so big that I did not finish it in time. However, goth GSLCuts and G45 graciously allowed me to share it as one of my GSLCuts DT posts!

I have created a 6" x 6" x 2" mini containing 18 pages (36 sides). This little gem is chock full of pretty papers and awesome chipboard embellishments! This is the perfect project for photos and journaling. Display this beauty on a shelf or easel for maximum enjoyment!
Each page contains pockets or tags or ephemera. It is a steampunk-ers dream.
The spine sports a metal door plate and knob, plus two wonderful metal keys.
You need the following Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts embellishments for this project:

Mini Bird Cages

For a full supply list, scroll down to the bottom of the post. To purchase G45 papers from various on-line stores, click the links in the supply list below. (I am not affiliated with any of these stores, nor do I recommend them or vouch for them. I am simply passing on some links to where you may find G45 papers.)
The front of this album is packed with metal charms, grungy steampunk chipboard shapes, and flowers. To create the large, butterfly embellishment, ink one Butterfly of Gears with black pigment ink. Cover the shape with Black Soot Distress Embossing Powder and heat set.

For all the other chipboard shapes in the album, either keep them "raw" or color them with a black marker or black ink. I sprayed a few shapes with black glimmer mist. See the printable tutorial for specific directions. (CLICK HERE)

The inside front cover contains an envelope for hidden journaling or photos. I have used two of the corners from the Wrought Iron Set to decorate the envelope.
The inside back cover also has a pocket for a square tag. This pocket is decorated with a spectacular Steampunk Gentleman. I sprayed this shape with glimmer mist and weighted it down with some heavy books so that he could dry flat.
This is just a sneaky peaky of all the wonderful chipboard shapes contained in this book!

    1. I am not sure I understand the question. The album is a pre-made album from Graphic 45. If you are asking what I use to attach the paper to each page, I use either scor-tape or a tape runner.
